The program has a duration of 9 months, including 6 months of training at Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) facilities and 3 months of field training.
This program is implemented by the Vocational Training Corporation, under the supervision of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and funded by the Swiss Embassy in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
